Doug is Managing Director of 2nd Glantz Venture Studio and Advisory, and a veteran entrepreneur, investor, and business executive with more than two decades of experience guiding innovative startups in all stages of the entrepreneurial journey. Raised outside of Chicago, Doug holds a master’s degree from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.
