Accuquote is a large insurance aggregator, whose business model relies heavily on customer relationship management, but who hadn’t updated their website in more than a decade. After many months of heavy lifting, we are proud to have designed and built a site that utilizes dynamic content, HIPAA-compliant client data, a heavily customized Content Management System, and a feedback loop that allows our client to understand and optimize images and pages. Perhaps the best feature is a life-insurance shopper can receive an online quote, aggregated from the nation’s best providers almost instantly.
We leveraged Optimizely technology to give Accuquote four unique home pages with a universal interior, allowing us to track click-through results on the varied designs to determine which user experience yielded the best results. The client tested and optimized data, allowing us to make an informed decision on which home page design should be utilized. To this day they continually refresh and fine-tune the site to improve performance with testing.
