“Make the phones ring!” Some agencies would cringe at this assignment. But we relish it. We know our designs aren’t working unless we are helping clients achieve their goals. Our objective for the redesign of McCann Industries was to make the site work harder to generate sales. By re-architecting McCann’s site, we made it fast and easy for construction companies looking for immediate service, inventory of machines, or store information. And indeed, on the very first day of launching the site, the phones were buzzing.
