Verato is the leader in identity data management software for healthcare. The tech company needed a new website to announce its latest product.

We took a cohesive approach to the challenge. We crafted a holistic visual narrative and content strategy that touted Verato’s industry leadership. Our solution balanced their advanced technology with accessible, human stories.

Engaging users with strong storytelling and clear CTAs

Verato’s new website needed to resonate with executives at heathcare systems, insurance firms, and hospitals. To understand how to best speak to this audience, we conducted an in-depth analysis of B2B software marketing. We also interviewed Verato product managers and observed their sales presentations.

Insights from our analysis and interviews informed the website content strategy. For each page in the main navigation, we identified a priority message based on the audience’s needs. And, though a collaboration with (un)Common Logic, we wove key words into the page content to improve SEO.

Rapid, iterative wireframes

Our collaborative approach extended to user experience as well. Verato had a firm deadline, which meant we needed to share ideas and receive feedback quickly. We hosted several work sessions with the Verato team and talked through user flows on the fly. This helped us ensure Verato’s audience was getting the information needed.


Redesigning the new Verato website: Animation

Explaining a complex product often requires more than words or pictures. This was true for Verato’s Patient Journey platform.  A clear, consonant description required animation. Photos and illustration follow the user as they scroll and learn more about the product. The moving imagery grounds the complex concepts of data resolution, integrity, and management.
