As we approach the end of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, we wanted to highlight our AAPI-owned restaurants in Evanston for the holiday weekend. We are proud to live in a community of entrepreneurs, and love having all these delicious options so close to the office.
The entire month of May is a period for recognizing the contributions and influence of AAPI Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States. If you plan to dine out this weekend, eat locally and support your AAPI neighbors.
