Design Intern
Job Description
**We are currently accepting applications for a Fall 2022 design intern that would be hybrid in-person and remote.**
At Glantz Design, an internship is a special time, where we don’t just do great work—you know, logos, websites, infographics, collateral, presentation materials, and just about any kind of design—we also have some fun. We take full advantage of what Evanston and Chicago have to offer in the summer and can assure you, it will be the best 10 weeks of your year. We’re looking for a budding designer who knows their way around the Adobe Creative Suite and is starting to build a portfolio.
During this internship, you’ll get the chance to work on logos and identity systems, design collateral and printed materials, and work through the UX and design on a web site. You’ll work on real client projects, shadow seasoned designers, and get creative direction from the tops in the business… all while building your portfolio in a significant way. Our goal is for you to lead at least one project from beginning to end for your book, while collaborating on many other design challenges with the team. If you have a keen eye for color, love fonts more than food, and can’t sleep because your brain just keeps creating, we want to see your portfolio. We even wrote a blog article with tips on getting that internship!
